Hospitalet Zone Conference on Friday June 17, 2016. President Dayton gave us instruction on overcoming common objections in contacting and using family history to increase missionary success and retention. The Assistants, Elder Sedgwick and Elder Bauman, taught us ways we can work better with investigators by following all the way up. I taught about helping our investigators recognize the spirit. Hospitalet Zone Leaders, Elder Pemberton and Elder Bennett, taught about the Extra Mile Missionary, the Sister Training Leaders, Hermana Fernandez and Hermana Cragun, taught about the area book and many miracles, and Elder Orantes taught our lessons in Spanish. We all came away strengthen and edified with renewed commitment to be consecrated missionaries.
Maria Elisa Falcones Torres and her son Jonathan Jose Pinargote Falcones will be baptized Saturday June 18th. Hermana Ingram and Hermana Howell taught them the discussions and we had the opportunity of meeting with them in the Mission Home for Family Home Evening.0
