Last Sunday we had the unique opportunity to teach the Temple Preparation Class here in Palma. The turnout was incredible! We never expected to see the crowd we did, but we had over 40 people show up. They came ready to learn and the spirit was so strong in this ward.
We were blessed to be able to meet so many of these faithful members and felt honored to be with them.

Missionaries, Converts, and Friends of the church gather in the Mission home for the monthly Family Home Evening. A spiritual message was shared by President Dayton and hymns were sung. The Spirit was so strong and we saw so many miracles. Afterwards, a dessert of Pazookis was enjoyed!
President Dayton and I had some free time down in Valencia to do some sight seeing. We were able to see the Valencia Cathedral along with the Plazas and other historical sights near it.

We also returned from our interviews in Bilbao to celebrate the birthday of Elder Hamren, our wonderful mission secretary. Happy 20th Birthday!

We woke up early this morning to bid farewell to nine of El Faro´s greatest! We thank Elders Rogers, DeFendis, Lake, Gibson, Greenwood, Smith, and Byington as well as Hermanas Romero and Zavala for all of their service and hard work.
And we cannot forget about Hermanas Plant and Cragun whose families came to pick them up. It was such a treat to get to meet these families and see the reunion. The mission will miss them!

All of the Zone and Sister Training Leaders gather in the mission home for the monthly Leadership Council. President Dayton taught about the importance of the Holy Ghost and using time wisely in missionary work. I taught that with faith we will see miracles, and the Ayudantes led a discussion of the relationship between faith and baptism.
A great lunch was prepared for the missionaries. Hawaiian Haystacks with a green salad, and Tres Leches cake for dessert!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
